Connecting the body with the brain, restore your body’s natural mobility. Our therapeutic yoga focuses on specific joints at a time with a restorative practice for your hips, shoulders, knees, elbows, back, neck, hands, and feet.
There is no better complement to yoga than massage therapy. In the same way that the body benefits from a gentle stretch after a workout, it also needs to be loosened up, so you can feel refreshed and renewed. Massage therapy helps to relieve muscle tension and soreness, giving you an overall feeling of relaxation.
Our therapists are specially trained in massage therapy and apply their expert techniques to relax your body, relieve stress and leave you feeling your best!
