Cindy Chadwick

Cindy Chadwick has been a Frisco resident for 15 years and has been married to her husband Jim for over 40 years. She has two sons and two grandchildren. After being a Vice President in the Financial industry for over 25 years, she decided to pursue her passion for yoga and became certified in the Kasa Yoga by Christina methodology of teaching therapeutic yoga designed to restore and improve the body-mind connection, functionality and quality of well being.

Yoga has been a part of Cindy’s daily routine for the past five years. In her journey to find the perfect type of yoga to practice, she met Christina Siepiela, Founder and Teacher at Kasa Yoga Dallas located on Lovers Lane.

Kasa Yoga Frisco is a boutique-style destination for Wellness, Health and Beauty, inside out, for everyone at any age and stage in their life. This yoga is best for your joints and muscles and for anyone that wants to just feel and look better.

Cindy starting practicing yoga after she had double fusion neck surgery and was looking for rehabilitation. She attended Christina’s first class and has been practicing daily ever since. About ten years ago, she was diagnosed with Osteo-arthritis throughout her body as well as a muscle disease called Muscular Dystrophy. With these types of diagnoses she was still able to maintain her strength, balance and become more flexible every day.
